Early Life

Mani Saemi, known as a Persian-Iranian painter, was born in Tehran, Iran. His passion for art emerged at a very young age, leading him to predominantly work in the mediums of painting, illustration, and graphic design. Growing up in a family with an artistic background helped him nurture his abilities in the field.

Mani earned his bachelor’s degree in visual communication with a focus on graphic design in 2009. Additionally, he pursued a degree in interior design in 2011. Later, he moved to Sweden and obtained a foundation degree in fashion and textiles. These experiences highlight his naturally creative flair and great passion for art.

Currently, Mani is studying fashion design and development at the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London.

His paintings are ambiguous and multi-faceted, constantly shifting the viewer’s perspective. Mani’s paintings have no specific technique or genre. In his art, East merges with West, tradition dances with innovation. From vibrant colors to intricate shapes, he weaves stories that transcend borders. With love for our planet and reverence for all life, his creations honor nature’s beauty. Embracing fluid expressions, he challenges norms and celebrates diversity. Through art, he inspires unity, provokes thought, and ignites change. Join him in painting a brighter future.

As an artist exploring the intersection of art, technology, and social responsibility, Mani Saemi is poised to expand his career by creating wearable artworks. With a diverse background in painting, digital art, graphic design, and fashion design, he is committed to practicing sustainability in his artistry. Utilizing techniques such as dyeing fabric with natural pigments and incorporating materials like leather and upcycled/recycled materials, he aims to keep the art alive and make wearable artworks that never go to waste.
